Once you’ve discarded your empties, we handle the rest. Pact aims to find the best use for collected materials, with the ultimate goal of getting the material back into new beauty packaging whenever possible.

What Happens to the Packaging we Collect? 

Pact is committed to finding the best use for collected material and being radically transparent about where it goes.

  • Upcycled into another product like new packaging
  • Downcycled into a lower value item
  • Molecularly recycled into chemical monomers that  can be used to build something else
  • Waste-to-energy packaging that can’t be used any other way is burned for electricity.
